Restitution is to pay back for something you have taken. Every time you train, you take away from your body fluids and energy. These must be paid back with proper hydration and nutrition.
The most important aspect for both is that they be done consistently. Most people live in a state of partial dehydration. Drink early, drink often and keep a water bottle with you. Same with nutrition. Eat on a regular schedule. Figure out your own caloric needs based on body size and activity level. Get a balance of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. It is much better to keep up than to make up.
